This Dragon on a Bicycle spinner is brimming with color. The character is as cute as can be. This bicycle is made with SunTex material which is a UV resistant material. The fiberglass frame can withstand up to 45 mph winds and measures 20" x 18" diameter: 7". Hardware included.
